D9.7 – Monitoring of the indicators at the end of the first phase
Summary
The current report aims to update the CLIMAX-PO Key Performance Indicator (KPI) library at the end of the first project phase, together with the LIFE Project Indicators (LPIs) selected in Deliverable 9.1. It represents an update of the second version of the KPI library reported in the internal Deliverable D9.6, following its initial introduction in Deliverable D9.8. Throughout the first project phase, the library has been continuously reviewed by Work Package (WP) and Task Leaders to identify and refine the most appropriate KPIs for effectively capturing the wide range of activities carried out within CLIMAX PO. These activities aim to improve the management of hydrological resources in the Po Valley region and mitigate the impacts of climate change. The KPI library is designed as a tool to support the integration of scientific research with capacity-building actions and public acceptance, across multiple spatial scales ranging from the river basin district to the local level.
