Introduction
The current internal report aims to update the CLIMAX-PO library of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) initially selected in Deliverable 9.8, and to provide further details on the adoption of this tool across the various Work Packages (WPs).
The KPI library has been reviewed by the CLIMAX-PO consortium in order to align it with the complex network of activities carried out by the project, aimed at addressing climate-change impacts in the Po Valley region and supporting capacity building and public acceptance of adaptation measures. Following this introduction, Section 2 describes the updated KPI library and the new classification between strategic and implemented KPIs.
Section 3 explains how the KPI library is being operationalized within each Work Package, integrating the current KPI selection with project objectives and related activities. Finally, Section 4 presents the main conclusions and the next steps for the further development of the KPI library. This internal version serves as a preparatory step towards the formal version scheduled for the end of the first project phase (January 2026), which will be delivered as part of Deliverable 9.7.
