D9.8 – Assessment and selection of the KPIs
Introduction
This report is devoted to an initial mapping of a broad set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aimed at assessing project impacts and the effectiveness of the actions implemented by the project in terms of reduction of climate-change impacts, capacity building, public acceptance, and additional benefits generated by the interventions. The document is based on the review of research outputs from major initiatives and projects focused on climate adaptation in the Po Valley region, combined with a critical revision carried out by the entire CLIMAX-PO consortium. The key element introduced in the report is the KPI Library, which identifies and categorises the set of KPIs adopted within the CLIMAX-PO project.
